Great towels, but the ordering approach makes it dead simple

These guys have solid towels. They're black which is harder to find, and they're 300GSM. That's a commodity, and they have an ok deal. Where they really shine (besides the other things they sell) is how easy they make this. They've ironically turned order these into a subscription!

Subscription towels are lower quality and came in bundle pack instead of boxes

Subscription order towels came in different box and towels are fraying after just one wash. Been ordering for years and never had this issue but is first shipment on subscription. Why is quality different?
