terrible. still haven't even gotten the complete order. order for 800 towels made on 2/27 took near a month just to get half of them? only received 1 case of 400? really? Likely will not be making any more orders from here. And yeah, im still expecting the other 400 towels. any day now. Also when we reached out to wash promotions to see what was going on, and what the hold up was. There was a failure of any response to our email. Seems like a "just sit around and hope they eventually show up" situation.

Good product quality and pricing. We did see a delay in receipt compared to previous purchases. Will buy again.

Great towels, but the ordering approach makes it dead simple

These guys have solid towels. They're black which is harder to find, and they're 300GSM. That's a commodity, and they have an ok deal. Where they really shine (besides the other things they sell) is how easy they make this. They've ironically turned order these into a subscription!
